Elevation - 1200-1750 Meters; Heirloom varietals of Typica and Bourbon; Processing Method- Washed; Motozintla, Chiapas Mexico. Harvested March of 2024. This coffee has a solid body, low acidity, buttery mouthfeel typical with Bourbon Arabica. Hints of Milk Chocolate and roasted almond.

Colombia Huila Supremo

Washed Colombian Coffee from Huila region. Grown at 1670-1950 meters. Varietals: Typica, Caturra, Castillo Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Green Apple, Cherry Vanilla and Almond Medium Roast
